Compulsion of Food coupan

I went to movie on 15 august for PIPLEE LIVE by 9.45 am show.

The ticket price was Rs.60/- only but they have compulsary gave me Rs.30/- food coupan . when i refused to take the same they had not allowed me tickets.

Please strictly look into the matter.
