Denied giving Bill of the Services Purchased

I had been to JAMMIN Playing centre in R-city on friday 11/03. staff was not cooperative and have denied to give the Bill for the services we had availed, it costed to Rs. 600/- when we demanded bill it was denied to us saying bill will be provided only on the purchases done beyond -.

If this is the case then I think it has to be highlighted with IT dept., as they are escaping paying Income Tax by not showing sales also a criminal complaint can be registered against organisation for denying the bill.
