Product not sealed/Used

Hello,

i ordered a Sony Playstation 3 on October 15.Order No: LSB-491344 and received it yesterday (19th Oct).when i was unboxing it i found that there is no seal with the package and the Disc with came with it are damaged. Why do they even sell products unsealed? its very unprofessional and i would say the product is a used one. I am being cheated here.

Note that earlier i placed an order LSB-439644 on oct 2nd and the payment error has occured and you guys didnt solve the problem.i did that by contacting the payment processor.

Please look into it and send me another sealed product ASAP & Take this back.
