No ac working in the waiting area indoors of repeated request

For a show at 10.45 we arrived an hour early considering traffic chaos but the facilities were very disappointing. First of all unhygenic washrooms inspite of it being so lavishly made, mosquitoes in the waiting area and to too to the agony no air conditioning facility available... pat first time experience
