Unavailibity of parts

Hi

Dear sir.

My PDP is in guaranty period which was purchased on 3/5. We have purchased PDP Document code: SC001B0302.Model no: MBT PDP/14RB .PUTJDMB51000322A.

It has gone out of order and given for servicing wide job no:10050565770001 to customer relation center aliganj lucknow. The warrantee period in upto 3/7 2010.

Now almost one month have passed way and we have visited several times to the customer care hen center and reply is that you have not supplied the necessary part required by to fix up the complaint.

You are requested to supply them the necessary part at the earliest and inform us also per return of the e-mail, When you have provided then the required part.so that I may contact then for getting the necessary repair dome without losing more time.
