BAD PICTURE QUALITY

Since i have taken set top box services from said companies held at Mominpur Road Kolkata - 700023. I have not been provided quality picture services, i have been complaining fro 2.5yrs but there is no reaction from there side so- far.

They are very much ignorance about consumer services.
