Non exuution of committed offe

I have booked 7 days stay offered by the Bag It to day (Book my Holidays) by paying Rs7000/- . I had also sent the voucher along with Demand Draft for Rs700/- (i.e. total payment of Rs7700/). The affordable sales promotion was supposed to revert back in few days. But when they didnot contact us I got in touch with them. The following is the sequence of events (conversation)

22nd July- When I telephoned the lady on the otherside " Aapka Voucher mil gaya hei; We will confirm by monday"

26th July (When they did not called us on the promised day i.e. 25th Monday). Lady on the company side: Aapko hum 24 hours mei contact karega.

when they again failed to contact on 27th

I rang up and the first fellow (he said his name is Rakesh) : Aapka voucher aaj mila he 48 hours mei apko contact karega.

When I told him about the previous conversations he stealthy kept the phone down cutting the conversation.

When I again telephoned a lady (named Neha) said aapka voucer mila hei.

Then I asked her can I spoke to some one up in the hierarchy after few minutes again a lady (She said her name is Subhali -but I seriously doubt it is the first lady herself) aapka voucher mein jo dates diya hai is mein ek week ka gap nahi hein (something which is not in their conditions).

This is cheating and I want my Rs7700/- Back
