Service Denied

Hi,

My VC No is 01512541394 and i am getting "No Signal" error from 22nd May.11. I have called up in customer care two times however my problem is still not resolve. I Got Request No on second time 59852602 and first attempt got only technician name Mayak (8860611018). I have tried to contact him so may times but i am not getting any proper response. I have also called yesterday in Customer care and i got same statement "my issue will resolve in 24 hrs.' I got nodal officer no (Mr. Abhisek wasana-9711166999) which was switch off. I have sent a mail to your Nodal Officer and Customer service email ID but still i am not getting any resolution from your side.

I am very sad to see your Poor Customer Service which is not acceptable for me to carry on my relationship with Dish TV. I would really appreciate if you will be take any action and resolve my problem as soon as possible.
