I have been a dish tv customer for 5 years. On June 13th, I paid the monthly subscription charges, but it did not show up in Dish tv's system. (Transaction no: BIL/326703215). I sent a mail and followed it up with a call to customer care where I was told that the television services would not be disconnected. However, the next morning, I found that all the channels had been disconnected. I called again, had to speak to supervisors etc to restore my connection. All Dish Tv did was postpone the due date for payment and asked me to re-pay saying that they would refund the money in 3 working days. My TV channels have been terminated again. Is this fair to the customer? I paid my dues on time. Dish TV's system is messed up and they expect me to re-pay the subscription charges, while my previous amount still hasn't been refunded to me? And the manager I spoke to at customer service desk says he is helpless! I wonder if they treat all customers this way, including actors who are their brand ambassadors!
