Not able to recharge

I am not able to recharge my account.my vc no became invalid. I have cald customer care several times but no reply or action from them. I hav tata sky and big tv connections too but never come across these kind of problems. Never seen such a poor service from any other network. Even I placed complaint but there is no response.really fed up with ur customer care and dish tv. If possible solve my problem or I lodge a police complaint n I will go to consumer court
