Violation of Contractual Obligations

VC No.01514522036 -Child VC No.01514525715 - Subramanian Kunjidapadam: The other side of Dish TV (DTH) is only gimmic. Does the Dish TV Package chosen by customers make then happy? Certainly NOT. Just take PLATINUM PLUS Packjage which I chose in NOVEMBER only for SVBC Channel in the Divotional Platform. But I was betrayed. SVBC Channel was removed from this package suddenly on January 30. I was shocked that instead of being remorseful about violation of contractuual obligations, customer care has bogged down in false promises. for early restoration of SVBC channel. Could there be any better comment than "SOMETHING ON THE DISH TV (DTH)? Galore is something in Dish TV.

Can I have SVBC Channel restored as per the contract under which I took PLATINUM PLUS PACKAGE with SVBC Channel in the Devotional platform? The earlier, the better. Otherwise, I shall seek redrassal from Ministry of Information and Broadcasting for cheating customers.
