Unnecessary Balance Reduced

SirMadam,

My no. is 9668734766, On 23 jan i had Rs= 25.72 on my account, but during evening when i checked my account balance, it was Rs= 15.72.Unnecessary Rs= 10 is reduced from my account. At 7:16 pm, i got a sms from AD-54321 in which it was written that i had been renewed for Supermodels_ Wap_Shortformats subscription service from airtel. So without any subscription from my side this service is activated on my number by airtel and Rs= 10 is reduced from my account. I am in roaming so i am not able to contact with customer care, so i want you to check this matter at your level and return me my unnecessary reduced balance i.e., Rs= 10 and Unsubscribe this service.
