Dear Friends,

Hello everybody. As you know that we are always sharing all sort of bad

experiences whether customer related, product or service issues, traffic and

law and order issues.

In continuation of this I would like to attract your attention on *Airtel

Digital TV’s Worst service level*.

I have lodged a complaint on 9th Nov that my set top box is not working.

Received service request number via SMS. They have promised me with an

appointment with the engineer visiting my place.

Nobody turned up………

But surprisingly got SMS, “your service request number has been resolved, if

you have any problem call *9910780423*.

After that I have made two more complaints and got 2 more service request

number and false commitment.

Dear Friends anybody can try this number you will find *“the Airtel number

you are trying to call is currently switched off”*

Based on my experience I would never recommend AIRTEL DIGITAL TV to anybody.

Spend your hard earned money on the right product.
