Dear Sir,

I purchased one Sony Bravia HD (HX-800-46) TV on 10.03. where I got one activation Kit from Air tel on paying Rupees 1000.00 extra. Till date Air tel Digital TV could not established connection with my new TV.I tried with Air tel customer at-least 20 time to short out the problem but all the time they gave me wrong feed back and resultant no connectivity yet. Now, I want my money back immediately so that I can go to a better service provider to view TV.
