A week ago i have lodged a complaint in customer care and was provided with ref no. 7284351 and was intimated that problem will be solved till evening. From that day i m daily calling customer care and they just make excuses, sometimes system is down, they are not able to process my complaint, while sometimes they slap me with new reference no with a promise to get problem solved at earliest. my latest reference no. is 7323632. in between these days they send me sms that your issue has been resolved although nobdoy has visited my home to solve the problem.

Further they send me local mobile no. 9906548614 for contact, which is always switched off. earlier aslo it took me month to get set top box replaced, only when submitted the compliant in consumer court.
