Sirs,

I paid Rs.2190.00 thro connect India for the Airtel DTH digital tv on 1.11.11., for one year package with cash back of Rs.250.00 and 14 months subscription. Your Madurai distributor - Annai Maria Electronics (Ph:9994667326) made the installation on 3.11.11 and they said the activation will be done within an hour. But no activation up to 5th Nov and they told to contact Mr. Vinodh-Ph;9566307862. The said person told activation will be done in the evening on 6th nov. But till to-day there is no activation of your Airtel DTH -Digital tv which please note. already I complaint two times to the grievance of your airtel .in digital tv and no reply.

I don't expect such a bad service of your Airtel DTH service and now request you to activate immediately or refund my money immediately with the compensation and damage of my application and the waste of time.
