Installation of dth

Dear sir...

i have purchesed sony bravia lcd 32 inch from manish sales on 5-2-11. with airtel dth hd onnection. they said to me start dth services after 72 hrs. but now they haven't start their service till now, i have lost my almost one week to start that services but result is zero till now? and they are charging me 1000 /- for installation but i have faced a lot of problem to start that srevice, they sade to me they have no stock and they can't do any thing with out stock who are responsible for that? kindly solved my problem as soon as possible.
