Very very poor service after sales

My airtel dth is no working since 18.04.2011 and the complaint has been made from time to time on help line and each time they given me request no. and committed to provide service within 24 hrs. but before completion of 24 hrs the sent me massage that ur complaint has been resolved but I never my complaint resolved. They r debiting my account but till date I m waiting to get my problem resolved. According to me AIR TEL DTH is the most worst service provider in our country
