Not releasing my dues

The company Aksharganga Media Pvt. Ltd. organised a programme names StarzIndia Model Hunt 11 at Bareilly on 22-12, and hired my professional services for the period of 15-09to 31-12.

Even after reapeated requests personally through E-mails, through SMS and telephonically company's director Mr. Raj Misra is not realeasing the amount. Many a times he made me false promises and send the false SMSs that we have crisis and will soon realease the payment but till date nothing has been done so far. Now He even told me that do what ever you can. We will not realease the money.

By this complaint I want to warn public in general to be aware of this fellow Mr. Raj Misra, A self styled Directorf of this company.
