Hacked

Dear sir, i have just now discovered that my orkut account has been hacked. i had problem in signing in my gmail account. i finally changed my password and logged in only to see that my orkut account has been hacked and new sleazy forums added along with a display picture containing nudity.

kindly advice me what precautionary steps should i take in order to stop such activities.
