Hoax call on BSNL mobile

I got a call at 11.46 am today on my BSNL mobile from +918447327811. The caller with an overseas accent claimed he was from Coca-Cola company and said he was coming to India to give me a big sum of money. I told him I was not interested and cut the call. However I am worried about how this person could access my number and my name correctly? Is this a scam ring to whom someone from BSNL is selling information?? If so this needs to be looked into immediately. I am a surgeon and was very annoyed to be disturbed twice during surgery.
