Many frauds related to selling plots

The above mentioned man sold a plot to my father a few years back. Now they say that our plot is said to be included in a highway but the plot is present and some other person has built boundary on our plot and captured it! This can only mean that the same plot was sold twice by him and I can't even count the number of frauds being done by them daily. It has been such a long time since my father is running to Sahu's agency office for the resolve of the case as it was his only investment but not even a little progress is being made!! As a result me and my little brother's studies are in jeopardy, my mom's health is deteriorating as she is quite ill and my father is being affected. It's not easy also for my father to keep going to your office as it's quite far and he has no transport vehicle plus the office members keep asking for money to get the work done! SO MUCH CORRUPTION!! I demand my dad's plot or the rightful compensation be given to him. I have all the registry papers and all the proofs required if needed! I also know that I'm not the only family who's suffering just think about how many lives are being harmed!! I can't see my family suffer any more! Please help!
