Harassment in cancelling my connection

I requested several time to cancel my gas connection so that i may avail a new connection in new city but refused to do so and asked to submit a cylinder and accesories with it, which i haven't got at the time of connection.

Today i have got a call from modern gas agency about KYC and i repeated my requested for cancellation but again they are asking the cylinder and accesories and asked to visit their office, which is not feasible for me.

Morning they called and in the evening they have booked 2 cylinder in my jame without my permission/ request, when i called them they denied such booking and asked my to talk to his owner when i refused he speak in threatening tone " i will give your number to my owner, he will talk to you.

Please help me in resolving my connection cancellation and help me in dealing such a fraud agency.
