Unauthorized billing!

India Infoline deducted Five thousand five hundred fifty five which includes Rs 555 as account opening fees. Balance amount will remain in account for trading. But till now neither account details/kit provided to me. Nor money was transfered back to my account. It is going to 4 month they are making excuses like monthly statement of account linked to it. provide a canceled cheque and so many.
