Dealing with money

I am receiving mails from one army person dealing with money.. he has got some amt of money n told me to pay some amt to the diplomat to receive the cash from him... i thought they are cheating me but, they has send me the passport n everything to deal with this process... that person is asking me to deal with this process.. can i deal with this ..
