Lost of luggage from luggage counte

ON 26/01/10, i gave my bag at the luggage counter (token no 29) of food bazar at eternity mall, nagpur.the bag contained 1pair shoes, 1shirt, 1trackpant, 3books, medicines&old pullover. Unfortunately security person lost it. The store manager asked me 48 hour time to return me the bag or else he would pay me Rs5000. but since last 10 days, i made more than 50 calls to them but nobody is taking the responsibility to compensate for the loss.some perssons are even abusing &threating me.i went 3times at food bazar but they are just harassing me.
