Inefficient Guards, No Statutory Compliance, Sends Gundas to collect payments from dispute site

We by mistake selected Blueman Support Services as Security Services Partner 6 months before. We requested for 8 security guards. They could not even maintain 4 security guards for 1st 2 months. Then they could only maintain 6 and that too very low skilled security guards who could not even wear his shoes / caps properly. They don not even pay 50% of amount charge from us to respective security guards and that too they pay in installments by holding 2 months salary to those poor people.

First they promised that they have following clients but when checked they don not even have 50% in below list.

JGI, Obsidian Software Pvt Ltd, Don Bosco Institute of Technology, D Mart, Tirupathi enterprises, Arvind Mills Ltd, UCB India, The Phoenix Market City, Krismar, Samaveesh, Hindustan University, Kaya, Europa Group, Vijayashanthi Builders, Mangal Tirth, UCO Bank, Domore tools & accessories ltd, rite steels, technip, etc., .

They pay PF, ESI and other statutory only for 30% employees and they created very big embarrassment for us.

We used to support their employees financially and morally to maintain the service at our place. Finally they send Gundas to collect payment.

I request all statutory bodies like Income Tax, Sales Tax, ESI, PF, Service Tax - Authorities to audit Blueman Support Services Accounts of past 5 years and take necessary action on them.
