Provident fund issue

Dear Sir,

one year before I am a security gaurd of Checkmate Security in a cadbury india india limited Baddi (Himachal Pradesh) before five month i fill the provident fund form I am working in checkmate 18/04 to 01/03 and then resigned the Securitas and two month ago i received the provident fund amount 2520 but provident fund per month cutting is 400to something so some people can says that provident fund will be received in two times but i do not received pf amount so pls solve my provident fund issue
