Very Bad after sale service

I have purchased an attendance software machine from Excellex Softech on 24.01.2012..

But after purchasing the machine, we are totally unsatisfied by the products and the service providers of the company.

We have called them thousand times but each time their service was not proper. We are facing many problems regarding

the machine, but after several queries with the with the provider, no satisfactory result was found.

Their executive visited our office 3-4 times and the problem was solved but the next day only that same problem started again...

They told that the problem in occurring from your side.

Each time they came, they forced us to sign their job sheet (visit sheet), without satisfactory result.

We totally refused. But now when we are calling them, they are totally refusing and saying that they have to pay visit charge.

Please solve our problem..
