Not customer friendly& dishonesty

Dear Sirs,

To day at around 11-30 am I visited your outlet at city square, Bhangagarh, Guwahati-781005 to collect some juices for my ill wife. I have parked the vehicle in font of your front gate and also intimate your seq/guard at the gate that I am in hurry, will be back very soon. When I returned at 11-50 am I have seen your s/guard gossipping with a home guard. Then I opened the door of my vehicle the home guard hurried to me and harrased me and he let me go for obvious reason. I have taken my vehicle from the front gate and parked at Rajgarh Road, went to your sevice centre and lodge a complaint doubting the integrity of the sequrity guards at the front gate. I was not given an acknowledgement, though I had asked for one. Then I left the sevice centre and I saw your s/guard with the very homeguard at snack counter some 100 feet from the main gate leaving the gate.
