No responsiblity of Vechile Spares while in parking

Respected Sir/ Madam

I had parked my Motorcycle in sector- 43 Chandigarh Parking on 5-03 at 9:15 P.M. I was on the way to my home town. I returned form my home town on sunday dated 7-03 evening around 6:00 P.M I found that my byke battery side cover is not present which is locked. The same i reported to parking Incharge they simply given the reason that we are not responsible for your vechile spare we are only responsible in case if your whole veichle is lost that we already mentioned on our slip. After that i had called on 100 But no soution received.

So Kindly help out what next I have to do or simple I have to purchase the new one. For what the parking Contracter's are charging the fee.
