Non Cooperation from Proprieto

We had hired a Security Guard from Jaguar Security services, Ghatkopar, Mumbai. Owner is Mr. Jayantilal Chaudhari, Mobile no : 08080044374.

On 21 Feb His Security Guard Mr. Rakesh Sudham Dhande who was on duty at our factory premises, opened our premises in non working hours, opened the Lockers, cupboards and stole 2 Laptops, one mobile phone and cash from the locker of our office and fled.

An FIR has been lodged in Byculla Police Station on 21st Feb FIR No: 30/11 of Byculla Police Station, Mumbai.

This guard was arrested on 21st March in another theft in Nagpur and it was discovered that he was a professional having many such past criminal records of thefts of Motor Bikes, Mobile phones, cable wires and had been in Jail previously.

Mr. Jayantilal Chaudhari had employeed guards without any verification. How can he be so irresponsible when he is sending Guards for Security Job at other peoples homes or offices or cactories.

Mr. Jayantilal Chaudhari is least bothered about this. Nor is he cooperating in the above matter.

Initially the press had approached us to give details of the theft, but at that time Mr. Jayantilal Chaudhari behaved very cooperative. As some time passed he started behaving very arrogant and irresponsible.

I have lost material of more than 1 lakh rupees and data loss of over 10 lakhs. I want to ask for compensation.
