Empty Mobile box sent by Site

My order no. is lsb-216404, i orderd Panasonic Corded phone and Nokia 2730 mobile phone and i got on 15th of july i opened panasonic corded phone but didnt bother to open Nokia mobile as i thought when my dad comes he shall open the seal but today when he opened the box (18 july) there was NO MOBILE AND EARPHONES in the box, i was very very shocked to see this, i hope this site need to do something as same happned to my friend 3 months ago, he warned me always open box and check same day but silly me who didnt hear him, now who shall help me? i am planning for police complaint for lost mobile but my money is wasted now, never buy anything at least u dont have COD in which you can check contents of mobile.
