Fraud/420 with customers

I gave a case for investigation to the owner Mr. Aman and Miss Neha of 24 Hours Detective Service, Ranibag, Pitampura, NewDelhi.

Resolution of case with evidences has been decided in 10000 Rs and time was 1 week.

As advance amount I gave 3000 Rs to Mr. Aman to process the case. I have the retrun reciept of that in which it has been clearly mentioned that 3000 Rs as advance and 7000 Rs as balance.

After completion of 10 Days, There was not any progress in my case. When I talk to Mr. Aman to know the reason for not being process the case then Aman told me to give 5000 Rs more and now case will be resolved in 15, 000 Rs.

It was against of his initial commitment.

Now I had understood that these guys are not good then I told to Aman to close my case and to refund my money 3000.00, Which I gave him as advance. At that time he was ready to give my amount and he asked to send a message to give details of my account. I send message but I was not getting my amount.

Daily I called him but either he was not picking the call OR he was pretending everytime.

Finally I asked to Aman that whether he ll refund my money or not then Aman told me that he ll not refund my money because he has done some document work.

Then I asked to Aman to give the documents what ever he made.

Then Aman told me that now he ll not refund any thing.

Now I have lost my 3000 Rs and more over Mr. Aman has not done any progress any thing in my case.

24 Hours Detective Service, #D-108, Rishi Nagar, Ranibag, Pitampura, NewDelhi is a fraud company, They always take the advance money from costumers and dont do anything. Even I got to know that they dont have any registartion to do detective work.

Please help me that How can I lodge a police complaint against this detective agency.
