COMPLAINT OF BATTERY

Dear sir,

I have purchased NYFE BATTERY COMPANY TUBULAR BATTERY IT 150AH ON 07TH JULY.Its INV.NO 3730 when i am purchase battery they will written 24 month warranty in bill only they not given any warranty card and should not mention the battery number also.my battery backup reduced to only 1/2hr.i given a complaint to service centre several time still them they never sortout my problem nyfy batter service person they told both the batterys disolve you have to change both the new battery. after that argue with the company how we get both the battery complaint they telling the reason for power problem.

there is no responce from them.i have tired to call them to solve my problem but they never try to solve my problem, sometimes they disconect my cal, or misbehave.so i have posted my problem here because i think only u people can solve my problem.i want to give the full details of my battery details:-
