Harming my aquaguard machine while changing candle filter & now asking to buy new parts

My aqua guard e boiling plus water purifier machine was damaged intentionally by the eureka forbes service agent named takeshwar who works under shraddha thakur. shraddha thakur is the manager of aqua guard service centre of dawda colony area raipur chhattisgarh. we called them to change our filter candle but they damaged our aquaguard machine.now they are asking us to change other parts of the machine which are expensive. these are just tantrums of the eureka forbes company to earn more money by fooling the customers. shraddha thakur is the manager of the service provider who refused to accept their mistake and now asking to change other parts of the aqua guard machine which are expensive. we feel harassed by such a behaviour. the telphone no. of their office is 0771 4057356 situated at dawda colny near pachpedi naka raipur chhattisgarh. please take some action against the torture of the eureka forbes company and this agent.
