Worst service and useless machine

I have purchaged the Reviva RO purifier two months back. With in this period it got serviced by almost 8 times due to various issues in the machine. The machine is in the warranty period. When i asked for the replacement they said it will not be possible. Please just me how to file a case on this regard.
