Complaint Against worst service of Aqua Soft R.O. Sarah Purotech Pvt. Ltd

Respected sir,

I have purchased Aquasoft R.O. from SARAH PUROTECH PVT. LTD. WZ-106/140, Rajouri Garden Extn., New Delhi on 1/05. Water was not purified from the date of purchasing. I made several complaints but in vain. I wants to surrender the machine because i was not satisfied with the service. After 10 to 15 days they solved my problem. They commitment to us that they will serve us better in the future After 1.5 months i faced the same problem i made several complaints from 22/06. The technical come to our house and check the r.o machine & said water will be purfied after two days. But there is no result. I made complaints again & again From 28/06 but in vain. Serviceman come to our house on 2/07. Still we wants to surrender the machine because they are unable to provide service on time. But they refused to surrender. Please register my complaint and help me to surrender the machine & get my full money back with my postdated checks.
