I OFTEN VISIT & MARKET TO MORE MEGA STORES AS IAM SUFFERING FROM OESTEOARTHIRITES IN KNEES IAM 50 YRS OLD & I HAVE THE CLUB MORE CARD TOO NO IS JOO5115725 membership no 1200689626 i dont care about this card but essential is the services given from the store is very poor as sometime no proper electricity in Kamothe load shedding on Tuesday things are not so fresh ice-creams are soft, inspite of their generator. The manager himself doesnt satisfy the customers he made me to stand for 15 to 20 minutes with the ice-cream tired with pain i had to return the goods purchased & come back home. This is not the first time & not only me many do have this similar problems either there wont be sugar, there computer wont work with a big queue customers have to wait when i told them iam going to write to customer care they were not list bothered .kindly take serious cognisance of it
