Delay in refil of Gas Cylinder after 10 days

I am Anthony D'Cruz and my Consumer Nos.6302 registered with M/s. Arjun Enterprises, Wing - C, Munirka, New Delhi. I would like to change the Gas Agency from M/s. Arjun Enterprises to some other Gas Agency. Because I am not satisfied with the services provided to me. The refill Gas Cylinder is supplied to me after 10.12 days after the actual booking date. More over the staff behavior is also not good. They don't have any business to ask the customer when you have two cylinder allotted why you wait for both cylinder to finish and then order. As usual we order when the previous cylinder is used 1/4 of gas.

Most of the time we were informed that, the delivery boy has already left to deliver the Cylinder in the morning. But the cylinder is delivered to us after 2-3 Days. They give wrong commitments. More over even the cylinder is given to be delivered to us many occasion it has been observed that, on the way the delivery boy delivers the cylinder some other person instead of us resulting in delay another 3-4 days.

Please let us know the procedure to change the Gas Agency at the earliest to avoid further more inconvenient to us. Please take stick action against M/s. Arjun Enterprises immediately and advise them to deliver the cylinder with 2-3 days time after booking date.
