Asian paint (washable arylic distemper paint)

I am purchase the asian paint arylic distemper paint on 11/03and on 17/03 there was a spot on my wall so i have clean the spot by soft wet cloth but the colour was gone. I cannot understand it is washable or a spotting colour.
