Asian paint royal emulsion
Shade variation

Hi,

I painted a wall of my room with Asian paint Royal Emulsion (Color Royal Satin, Code 8165)...& even after giving 7 coats of paint the shade variation still exists... some parts of the wall are darker than the other...

After registering a Complaint No:601273970..& after repeated calls to the customer care & after threat of going to the consumer court, what i received was 2ltrs of the same paint & the representative himself admitting that there is a defect in the paint. He told me that i should mix less amount of water i.e. only 400 ml max into 1ltr of paint. i even tried this but the results have not changed..i still have the shade variation...

I had a chat with the online expert in the asianpaint website & felt it was a complete waste of time coz all i got was pre-fed answers ..no solution to my problem... ts been 2 moths since i moved in to my new house & i am not able to set up my room coz i need to repaint this wall...

Never expected a company which shows so many Ads on TV & Print media to be so shabby & consumer unfriendly.

I have been again promised today that they wil look into the matter..lets see how many more calls & threats of consumer court will be required this time around.huh!
