Product not given after taking product money

I treveled from jetlite airlines on 15 feb. during my delhi to ahmedabad flight S2-0123 company offered scratch and win a product at Rs 599.I wined one of the product and I send my request with cheque (ICICI bank) on 17 feb to Haryana office address. Same money was deducted from my account on 19 march, but i didn't received any product yet now. when i contacted with company, they said send bank proof to show my deduction. After mailing my account statment, they are not giving any responce.
