I have ordered COMBO offer in AVA merchnats by using my HDFC CC about 5 in FEb. I did not receive PERAL set

I would like to raise a complaint on AVA the dream merchants, New Delhi 110077.

I order a product "COMBO OFFER OF UCB LADIES PURSE AND MONALISA PEARL SET" worth 1413 during February month. My order number is “HD5220”

I had received only purse, but I did not receive Pearl Set.

In their catalogue, they told, with in 21 days, the product will reach us. But around 5 months crossed, still I did not receive it.

I had raised complaints to their customer care, many times, but responses are as follows,

1. Our systems are not working

2. Concern person is not in office

3. We are working on the complaint

4. We are trying to tracking DTDC courier people

5. We will get back to you soon.

I asked customer care peoplet to contact to their higher official, but no response for that also.

And top of that, this an ISO certified company.
