No Delivery of goods ordered

3 weeks ago I recieved an email from www.imintpoints.com stating that i can claim a "Free Gift - Numero Uno Wrist watch" by just paying Rs 399/- to www.bagittoday.com. I paid the

amount on Feb 23 and recieved an email from "Bag IT Today" on Mar 04 that my order No TRNPL/DLI/10-11/341697 is confirmed and would be dispatched shortly, but it has not been delivered to me till date.

When I contacted their customer care on Mar 09 they informed me that the oder has been dispatched on Mar 07 through First Flight Courier and provided me the consignment no: D48331446. On checking with First Flight courier I was informed that this consignment number is not valid and no such consignment is booked. Again when I discussed this with customer care they told me that they will re-check with their dispatch department and get back to me in next 24 to 48 hrs but I have not recieved any information from them. In last 4 days I have sent 4 emails to their customer care but they are not bothered to reply.
