Refund not credited to the account

Dear Sir,

On 23/02 i received a mail from your side that the refund of the canceled Order Id.1014426208 with Refund no:19035 and Refund Amount Rs. 19999 and also canceled Order Id.1014432143 with Refund no:19036 and Refund Amount Rs. 18999 have already credited into your account. But when i checked my balance of my account it was not found will i have to waste for it or what is the matter of this miss communication please look in to the matter as early as possible my account no.is 10274105790 SDI bank from which i had placed the order.
