Defective and hazardous products are being sold by this company. This is due to the can/container. The hazardous insecticide does not spray as it should and instead leaks right onto the users hand. The top cap which holds the nozzle also just comes off causing the spray to spray haphazardly. Not only is the user's skin directly exposed to the harmful contact insecticide, the spray also sprays haphazardly and there is a risk that it may even get into the user's eyes.
This very hazardous and faulty product needs to be immediately recalled from the market and the Manufacturer penalized for taking liberties with public health and money. Money spent in purchasing this product is also completely wasted as the product is unusable. SC Johnson should compensate for this loss.
Please note that product was purchased sealed, is original and purchased from a reputed store - Reliance Fresh. Further, the insecticide itself is effective for the intended purpose. The problem lies in the faulty and hazardous containers/cans.
It may also be noted that this problem has been noted even in earlier purchases (months/years ago). However, we took the liberty to assume that it may be an issue with a particular lot/batch. However, it is clearly not so. This hazardous and defective product is being sold, I am sure with the full knowledge of the company and it does not plan to do anything about it.
The Manufacturers have also not given any way to contact them. No email id is mentioned on the product and the phone number given (011-32433403) is not in service.
Readers/members here are also cautioned against using products of such irresponsible companies.
