Not proper supply on retail shop

Dear Sir/ Mam,

Hello, my self pankaj gupta, i m owner of the shop relax point which exist in shop No. L-11, DLF Ph 1 in Gurgaon (haryana) in INDIA.my problem is that i have got always the proper supply coming last three years of pedgree dogs food, but last two months there is no supply and service of ur products, after that i called to ur company executive for the supplychain. they told me to that there is a pet shop behind my shop who has to excuse for not giving the goods otherwise they dont sell their products., because this shop is giving good volume to ur company, i increasing my sell in every month to put the good relation with our customer. so kindly provide me the service again.
