DELAY IN DELIVERY OF CAR, THEFT OF GOODS

I had booked my car with the transporter wherein he charged full money in advance and assured to deliver car in 5 days wherein he failed to deliver the car by double the time. Thereafter on delivery it was found my car was dented and we had kept our bags with cosmetics and clothes brought by our relative from US to our horror the stuff worth 10, 000 was stolen. Thereafter the transporter has failed to find out about our stuff and has failed to respond and settle the claim.
