Sonet Vertue Self Luggage- Cheating

Sir,

I have purchased a trolley luggage bag from Beauty Palace, Laxmi Bazar, Dhenkanal whose TIN number is 21751310929 vide challan no. 3814 dated 05/02.The description which is described in the challan of the bag is as Sonet Vertue Self Luggage. When it was purchase the dealer told that there is 1 year warranty in the above said item. I 've a complaint on 22/01.2012 that the security lock is not working & the trolley handle is not working. But the dealer strictly refuse to admit complaint. Even after he has not received the complaint & he get me out of his showroom with abusing me that "jaha karibara achhi kara, i can not do anything.and he was talking me like an useless person. It also hurts me a lot. My compliant is that if it is under warranty then why he will misbehave me without rectify the problem. This is just making people cheat. Now I think that to resolve this I've come to this consumer court.

So, Sir, you are requested to solve this matter & take a strong action that he will not further cheat any people.
